Four to seven weeks on site for a typical full kitchen, from demolition to the final walkthrough. Custom cabinetry is usually the long pole — it is ordered as soon as the plan is signed off so it arrives before the trades need it. We give you the dated schedule with the quote, not after.
It depends far more on cabinetry, counters and whether services move than on square footage. Rather than quote a range that means nothing for your room, we do a free on-site consultation and come back with a fixed written price covering materials, trades and timeline.
Yes. We are RBQ-licensed (# 5630.6731.01) and insured, and we pull the permits and coordinate inspections as part of the contract. You do not deal with the city, and you do not chase separate trades for paperwork.
Most clients do. We set up dust protection and a temporary kitchen area, keep the work zone sealed, and clean the site at the end of every day. If the schedule has a stretch where staying is genuinely unpleasant we will tell you in advance so you can plan around it.
Either. Most people prefer us to supply and install everything so a single contract covers the result — but if you have already chosen a cabinet maker or a slab, we will work with them and price the installation only.
